Allowing it all
A few snapshots of the last weeks. We are now settled in our new house in Mérindol, near Aix en Provence, south of France. Spring is already leaving the stage to a nice summer, and we can barely realize that we are here, we made it happen, considering where we where at that time last… Continue reading Allowing it all

Go Backpacking
Yesterday I discovered the Round the World blog by Dave, which is very inspiring. He is writing nearly every single day… currently from India. I like his reflections on life and traveling. And he offers very useful information on how to plan a trip carefully, no matter if you will travel for 1 month or… Continue reading Go Backpacking
Hello from New York
The thing i most love about NYC is the freedom of choice when its about fashion – wear your favorite head-to-toe-rainbow-jumpsuit and no one’s gonna mind. One thing i least love about NYC is all the fashionata slaves women – they abound everywhere. This is just a part of an absolutely amazing piece by this… Continue reading Hello from New York
home
A week without the internet and phone was great – but there is a lot to catch on now. I’ll be back with pictures and thoughts about this last week in NYC, this as soon as can have my suitcase unloaded, and the cats sleeping (they missed us so, they stick to us like glue!)

Continue reading Plaster & The Herbaliser

Videocast #5, Pop Mtll: Beirut @ Theatre National
Long time awaited performance tonite from Beirut who did there first Montreal show as a part of Pop Montreal festival. A great show which ended up setting the crowd on fire off stage. Watch video for more – i’m still burning. High quality of this video is here: Listen to Beirut on december 2005 podcast.
Giselle, Oh so numba one!
I was stunned by the simplicity, voice, beats and melody of tonite’s Giselle Numba One performance. This girl is definitely at her place – one of Montreal’s few good hiphop-pop solo female performer. Again, impressing. Listen here.
Mini-me-dia panel thoughts
Zeke asked a report on yesterday’s panel. Here are my thoughts, as you’ll be able to listen to the panel podcast version soon. At first, it seemed obvious that i was surrounded by what we now call ‘music bloggers’ – hey people, you can now label us : are you a blogger, podcaster, videoblogger, music… Continue reading Mini-me-dia panel thoughts
