About PVC and Razzmatazz:
(…) These days the duo continue to attempt to push the boundaries of local nightlife. Currently, they can be found spinning their RAZZMATAZZ nights at the cozy Missy Bar (250 Mont-Royal E.), on the last Saturday of each month, playing all the pop and indie genres that have earned them a loyal following. They are also responsible for the successful and ongoing VOX concert series, which features different singer-songwriter based pop vocal music performed by live bands on mostly electronic instruments. ¯
(…)
Who else will play Miss Kittin and the Who, the Smiths and Soul II Soul, Elvis and Kraftwerk, the Dears and the White Stripes, Iggy Pop and Pulp, all in one night?

Do i feel like to paint

Growing up in the Arizona desert and now a part of New York City’s creative community, Esao Andrews has carved himself a niche as a unique artist and painter of dark, dreamy worlds. Inhabiting the paintings is a gothic cast of strange creatures and mysterious females.

Facts about the last days -

. i drove too fast by bike and got really close to get hurt driving back from the one am radio show last night. My arms and belly hurt a bit.

. i bought 2 sark’s books at indigo store. They were 3,99$, i couldn’t resist.

. here are some quotes from the ultimate nap book by sark: “Naps are the adult version of a child’s fort”…”people who nap are often more creatively awake. Napping -especially while dreaming lucidly- can set the stage for outbursts of creativity.” and the one i like the most, “The more naps you take, the more money you’ll make”…
And i’m only at page 23, i felt asleep reading the book.

. I can’t help but think that summer’s gonna end soon. That actually stresses me a lot since i feel like i haven’t spend enough time just playing and not working.

. Still feeding Chumé and Jetaime. Mel’s coming back on friday.

. My own cats are awake and running at 5h45 am each morning since a week. Tired, me?

Every single book on earth should be handwritten

Checking out Kurt Cobain’s diary while out for lunch time (can’t help
it, i’m always up for shopping), i thought that every single book on
earth should be handwritten.

There’s so much energy and vitality lost, trapped in thin lines of text
and well designed typefaces. We loose it all, all the spirit of it.

I guess that is why i like so much to read sabrina ward harrisson, sark
and danny gregory’s books.

Well deserved

Laying on green grass, a golden retriever sleeping at my feet, a cat on the other side, the sun shining, a view on the mountains and the last harry potter book in hand –
well deserved holidays.

(yes, i also have my computer with me).
