again, dunno what’s happening:
my computer doesnt see the ipod anymore. It is connected trough the firewire port.
Normal reset (menu + enter button) does reset but nothing seems to work when the ipod is connected to the computer…

Did you try connecting it using the USB cable provided with your iPod ? Make sure you have fully charged your iPod using the wall-mounted power adapter before connecting it through firewire. Sometimes the battery does funny things and you have to give it pure power ( not from firewire ).
