Students are incredibly flexible and can work virtually anywhere, given the necessary tools and equipment. Here, a group of students collided into each other near an elevator and decided to sit down and work then and there. High traffic zones near elevators, major hallways, and stairs were popular areas to have long-awaited conversations or informal work sessions.

Walls, doors, and windows are redefined in Wallenberg Hall to support functions beyond creating boundaries for rooms. Because maximum flexibility was required to support the range of learning and collaborative activities, the walls are movable elements that provide workable surfaces for writing, storage of tools, and space transformation. Students and staff are empowered to fine-tune spaces to suit their immediate working needs.”
after all, it looks a bit cold as an envirronment, but the ideas behind this projet are pretty cool.
