Hi M-C,
I’ve been listening to your podcasts for the last few months (thanks to iTunes where I was searching for any podcast related to Montreal and was lucky to come across Vu d’ici) and, as a consequence, I end up checking your website regularly. Great work.
I realize you missed Bell Orchestre concert since the Islands were playing the same night.
However, I was there and would like to share some photographs I took. It was a great evening with Bell Orchestre. You can check it out on my website http://www.veliborbozovic.com/projects.htm
If you find it interesting enough please share it with your blog crowd.
Best,
Veba
Caught your interview on CBC Radio1 as I was drive around all day at work-Canada Post parcel delivery.
Very enjoyable podcast program you have built. So refreshing to here some NEW music other than that commercial radio crap that is braodcast. You should try to get a program going with CBC Radio for their Friday and Saturday night broadcasts.
The Best to you on this venture.
My little past time is collecting Rolling Stones live shows. Had about 90 of 120 Licks 2002-3 shows. Now collecting Bigger Bang 2005 shows, about 20 sofar. I usually try to re-master the better recordings and share on the net thru WinMX and Soulseek. And many many bootlegs from their career, right back to 1961, 4 home tape recording songs when they called themselves Little Boy Blue and The BlueBoys. The Stones are probably 10% of bootlegs shows I have total, …many other artists.
Music makes the world go round.
Gotta connect with the feeling within the music.
