UPdate: some other blogger<\/a> commenting yesterday’s show.<\/p>\n

Dcfc were in Montreal, for the first time if i am right.<\/p>\n

Tout aurait pu \u00eatre beau si j’aurais trouv\u00e9 les amis que j’allais y rejoindre (\u00c9ric, est-ce qu’on est all\u00e9 voir le m\u00eame show?) et si j’avais pas \u00e9t\u00e9 me placer juste devant 3 ados compl\u00e8tement en feu avec de la testost\u00e9rone \u00e0 revendre. <\/p>\n

Ces derniers ont en fait enterr\u00e9 la magnifique voix de Ben Gibbard (comme s’il n’y avait que sa voix de magnifique<\/a>) pendant 3 chansons avant que je me retourne et leur lance un regard du genre \u00e0 faire croire que je suis capable d’arracher des t\u00eates. De l\u00e0, tout s’est mieu d\u00e9roul\u00e9 et mes nouveaux amis m’ont m\u00eame offert de fumer un joint avec eux (i am not that<\/i> cool dudes<\/i>).<\/p>\n

I loved the show, still i found the band to be a little cold – i got this ‘band on tour’ feeling, like if this show wasn’t different at all from the one they gave last nite. I somehow need to feel that there is something personal to each town, so should be each show. But who am i to talk. The venue was filled with teenagers, and Seth Cohen like boys – nothing i should be complaining about.<\/p>\n

Oh, and i think you can write Emo with the letters DCFC.<\/p>\n
