All Watched Over by Machines of Loving Grace

‘I like to think (and
the sooner the better!)
of a cybernetic meadow
where mammals and computers
live together in mutually
programming harmony
like pure water
touching clear sky.

I like to think
(right now, please!)
of a cybernetic forest
filled with pines and electronics
where deer stroll peacefully
past computers
as if they were flowers
with spinning blossoms.

I like to think
(it has to be!)
of a cybernetic ecology
where we are free of our labors
and joined back to nature,
returned to our mammal
brothers and sisters,
and all watched over
by machines of loving grace.’

- Richard Brautigan 1967

biscuits mongoles

Après l’omelette manifesto :

Les Biscuits mongoles

Ingrédients
1/2 tasse (112 g) de beurre fondu mongole
1 oeuf mongole
1c. à thé (5 ml) de vanille mongole
3/4 de tasse (150 g ) de cassonade mongole
1 tasse (115 g) de farine mongole
1/2 c. à thé (2 ml) de bicarbonate de soude mongole
1 tasse (100 g environ) de brisures de chocolat mongole

Instructions

Notes
Donne environ 12 biscuits mongoles, mou, et délicieux.

I might see a falling star

Every night I go out
And I must look like a fool
When I’m standing looking at the sky

I don’t care ’cause perhaps
I might see a falling star
May be, Oh one day a dream’ll come true

Norma

Please fall down on me

Virgo
Hydra
Please fall down on me

It do es n’t mat ter what we say, so fa r

Far away, once so close
But now yo

You’re stil l here with me
But not like ye

Far aw

But you’re so far away

Once so colourful
But now all t u rns to grey, so far
It’s oh so strange

When centimetres feels like miles

Seconds like hours

No m

Far a w ay, long ago
When lov

Now it’s gone
It doesn’t matter what we say, so far
Every word is like a knife
But the
silence cuts you

Hm…

For a second, you realize that you are probably not getting all of what life has to offer -

We are all stars *and you know it

I wanna be new,
i wanna be all that i ever have been -
all that i can be.
It urges me inside.

I wanna become the star sleeping inside of me,
fly fast and dazzle everything and everyone around -
all of them, so that they can shine by their own too.

At the end,
we are all stars.
