This man selling on broadway was kind enough to recite a poem he wrote back in the days when he was a young doobie smoking, hangin’out with tosh and marley, rastaman. this is what I remembered from the poem: “my friend the wind arrives with the breeze, that lifts the skirts of the women walking down the street” or something like that…
