Save the bandwidth

Due to real high traffic today i would kindly ask you to please download files on your computer (podcasts and videos) instead of watching them on and on directly on my site. This will help me save some bandwidth, and some $$$. Thx!

(if you dont know how to do a ’save as’ of a file, kindly ask a co-worker, you might make a new friend who knows).

    Une solution serait de toujours zipper tes fichiers… Quand on click un fichier zip, on dois le downloader, pas le choix! Et en plus ca va compresser un peu tes fichiers.

    Les video sont deja pas mal compressé, malgre que l’idee de l’avoir a downloader, n’est pas mauvaise.
