Yes!
According to myself and the 3286742332458735345(…) web pages i’ve seen since opening a computer at age 12, i can officially tell you that i have finally found the more extensive listing of audioblogs (podcasts dear) in the whole universe.
A musicblogger/audioblogger/MP3blogger is a person who offers interesting, out of print, rare or otherwise engaging music to people at no charge, out of love for the sound and to promote artists that they would like to see get more popular. (…)
What you WON’T find in here are file directories without commentary or sites offering a full album that is currently in print. Audioblogging is NOT about piracy; it’s about selectively sharing sounds. There are more musicbloggers out there than most people would believe; I’ve been keeping a close eye on the phenomena for about two years and have compiled what I think is the most comprehensive list of musicbloggers yet available.
As of May 9th, 2005, all of the following sites are live and have tunes available to listen to. Almost all of them allow you to download music to listen to at your leisure.
God bless the internet, i tell ‘ya.

All started with a beer and later a never ending dinner at Soy with blogger-friends toine, patrick and nika – and ended yesterday nite with the LCD Soundsystem show at La Tulipe.
We all forgot about the cold, the gray, the rain. La Tulipe was da hottest place in town yesterday nite – le monde ils étaient en feu je vous le dit.
The place was totally crowded. First act Mia was incredibly good and followers LCD kept us dancing and jumping around ’till 12. Only thing was that the band didn’t look as excited as the crowd was – for once that mtl people were not as cold…
I went there alone, all my buddies who wanted to come didn’t made it to buy their tickets on time – *shame on them* – but somehow i managed to find myself being right next to Patti Schmidt on the dancefloor (’oh hey hi – sorry to be annoying but, are you patti schmidt?). Also Sasha, a Vu d’ici reader, recognized me (’hey! are you by any chance this girl who’s gonna be turning 30 next week?) – tx for saying hi dude.
Somehow my camera wont let me get yesterday’s picture out. Soon.

A lot of the material out there is dull, badly produced, uninspired, derivative or simply misconceived. However, the same can be said of television, as a surf through the channels on satellite or Freeview will reveal, and this does not mean there is not great stuff too.
The quality of some of the podcasts I have listened to is certainly as good as many supposedly professional radio stations, and as the tools for finding and filtering what is out there improve we will inevitably see new ideas, new approaches and new names emerge. (…)
Podcasting will not replace radio in my life, not least because I like to listen in real-time. But it adds an interesting element to the mix and is an easy way to find new voices that would otherwise never come to my attention.

And if by any means you dont exactly know what podcasting is, there is a little more to read, this way.

Il pleut et c’est gris. Je vous refile un secret bien gardé :
* MoCo Loco – Modern contemporary design & architecture

Being a specialist, knowing your topic so well can close your mind to new ideas;
being a newbie, knowing a little about a specified topic can be the greatest of all gifts, giving you the freedom needed to create something new and original, all because of your point of view, perspective and innocence about a topic.
As if knowledge wouldn’t be enough.
