Now called Skypecast (ok.. this is getting a little too hype for me..) but quite useful if you wish to record a phone interview (computer to phone or computer to computer call) for podcasting.
Well explained in a pdf – using Skype to record the conversation in a mp3 format.

I wrote about that a year ago, but can’t find the post right now.
By then, i was using Netnewswire for the first time. ‘Woah, that dude brings me fresh content directly in, i get notified of new stuff and have a preview of what this new content is. Isn’t that cool for lazy ass like me!?’
This lasted for several minutes, ’till the designer in me started to wonder… ‘What the hell is gonna happen then? If this is now working with content posted on blogs (this was in march 04 – news aggregator now push much more types of content and many websites use aggregated content) how is it gonna be in 12 months from now?’ Right on, corporate websites will want to benefit from aggregated content ‘caus users will ask for it – and what about the homepage and the navigation structure? How are we gonna guide users to the content they are (we want them to be) looking for?
I do not have a clue if you really wanna know. But we’ll have to change the way we work, the way we build websites – again.

A geek is a person who is fascinated, perhaps obsessively, by technology and imagination. Geek may not always have the same meaning as the term nerd (see nerd for a discussion of the disputed relation between the terms).
The definition of geek has changed considerably over the years. Below are some definitions of the word “geek”, in order from newer to oldest. All but the last are still in use.
- A person who is interested in technology, especially computing and new media. Comparable with the classic definition of hacker. Late 20th century and early 21st century

I am up just to say that i am happy holidays are coming soon so i can take a break from the geek-o-mania i am into.
I spent the last days walking around with 2 cellphones (the new and the old one), taking pictures at every street corner (this shall pass), tweaking details on my blog (this is just never ending) as well as trying to do as much as i can ’till the end of the year so my list can hopefully get shorter (ok, numbers 11, 21 and 24 and 25 can’t be happening in a week, i know).
Number 4 is on the way though!

I have an horrible hangover again. Dont know why i do like partying so much. I dont know why, when there are free drinks, i tend to get drunk heavily. Now my head just feels like it wanna implode and my body – soon to be 30 – is giving me signals that i might be abusing a little.
