Print my blog

some time ago, Antoine and i were discussing how cool it would be to be able to print out book versions of our blogs. We discussed how to develop the idea but never went further.

Someone else did it, let’s see how well it works…

Radio Blog

I also wanna do my own radio blog mixes. Can anyone let me know how it does work -seems like working only on pc’s…
Some people seems to have their mixes available for donwloads (uh, 90 mb download is kindof fat), others seems to have it streamed. I’m lost.

ps: pms almost over – i should be feeling better soon. According to the gray weather we have since days, i must not be the only one feeling horrible.

somewhere else doing something else

Things aren’t that great this week. Have i reached a confusing part of my life again or is it just a strong pms, or both 2? dunno.

All i know is that i am much confused about mostly everything -goals i have set up for myself, work situation, my life as a soon to be 30 young woman and my relation with monsieur p.

All seems to be unclear and i again start having this feeling that i should be somewhere else doing something else.

This isn’t probably the best time for me, i guess i need some cheer up and a good laugh.

i do want my own i pod!

Talking about it, a 60gb version should be on is way to hit the market for xmas.. stay tuned.

Back in da big town

I am back in da big town. Me and monsieur p. headed over to baie st-paul for the long weekend, having been offered a night at the b&b of the guy buying my old powerbook.

1000 km later, we are back, exhausted of the driving -and no, i haven’t hit anyone on the way. I actually had much fun driving on the highway, zigzagging in between cars in the traffic.

My parallel parking still sucks big time and i have no hopes about being able to parallel park some day.

Back here, i have totally lost the map of my todo lists and the big master plan.. Feels like my brain is still turned off. Honestly, i just feel like doing nothing for some more hours.

Being lazy is hell fun.

Logan, ACNE and J. Davis’s work

Hell nice. Logan’s work for Apple, VH1, Gap, Aiga, is absolutely stunning.

Check out the rogers/yahoo adds.. slick and clean, and the snd is just great — how i like it. Also see the VH1 spot (the first of the 3 shown there).

* * *

Do someone remember Netbaby world? I remember this guy from sweden giving a conference at berlin beta in 2001, real nice stuff. I even got one of their tshirt (still have it somewhere) and still have my netbaby porte clef which is now close to fall into pieces.

Anyways, these guys are somehow related with ACNE. I have found out a cool promotion they have made for The Sims2, check it out!

Joshua Davis has designed an application that displays current time, calendar with a bkg animation for Sony Vaio. Looks neat, but hm, not sure i need that at home.

Tu l’met tu ton ostie d’flasheur

Best thing for me when i am not feeling good is to ride my bike. Then i can curse on every car driver for all possible reasons i can find -then i sometimes feel better.

I didn’t slept well. Monsieur p. felt like having a chat with me -so he called late and woke me up. Orchid played around all nite long, keeping me half awake. I got up and walked into cat vomit, took a ride to work and now i am sitting here hoping this client meeting will go just fine.

I am renting a car for the first time this weekend. I am afraid of getting a car accident, hitting someone, getting lost and not finding my way back or even get involved with a mad bike rider cursing about me driving a car.

Otherwise things are just fine. Swell and fine.

Hand in glove

There isn’t much to write about.
Fall’s there, i am getting ready for the long and cold winter,
filling lists of todos,
embracing what will soon be the last warm afternoon.

Listening to the smiths is such an autumn thing,
realizing that,
i am listening to these same songs fall after fall,
since,
hm, oh,
close to 10 years now.

* * *
Hand in glove
The sun shines out of our behinds
No, it’s not like any other love
This one is different – because it’s us

Hand in glove
We can go wherever we please
And everything depends upon
How near you stand to me

And if the people stare
Then the people stare
Oh, I really don’t know and I really don’t care

Kiss my shades … oh …

Hand in glove
The good people laugh
Yes, we may be hidden by rags
But we’ve something they never have

Hand in glove
The sun shines out of our behinds
Yes, we may be hidden by rags
But we’ve something they never have

And if the people stare
Then the people stare
Oh, I really don’t know and I really don’t care

Kiss my shades … oh …

So, hand in glove I stake my claim
I’ll fight to the last breath

If they dare touch a hair on your head
I’ll fight to the last breath

For the good life is out there somewhere
So stay on my arm, you little charmer

But I know my luck too well
Yes, I know my luck too well
And I’ll probably never see you again
I’ll probably never see you again
I’ll probably never see you again
Oh …
