work of art

Julie Verhoeven’s work is just truly amazing. She’s got a new portfolio online beside Me Company’s portfolio which is also absolutely stunning with fragile 3d rendered atmospheres.

Me Company’s client list include apple, bjork and kenzo. Brilliant.

    Not a good idea because:
    1. She got a frigging Vino. These things cost way more that what you should pay. People that pays for style over functionnality don’t have my sympathy. Ok, she doesn’t have a Hummer, but Yamaha scooter cost a lot less and the rest of the money could do something good (see #2).

    2. I’m not gonna give 30$ for someone to pay their typepad account when people are dying of hunger. If you make a event a donate to the Red Cross, count me in!

i thought with a title like ‘help keep bloggers alive!’ it was obvious that i was ironically kidding here.

twisting it a little more, i could also go with the idea of a refuge for homeless bloggers, glasses for top nerds, and free beer at our yulblog meetings.

ok, maybe i’m not that clear sometimes.

    hey whao.
the reason i have a vino is because
    a) it’s fun
    b) it costs me less than a bus pass

and i’d rather be in style than drive a gaz-guzzling ugle-ass shit box.
    my sympathies.
