Avis à tout les usagers du transport en commun de la STM:

Veuillez prendre note que désormais, tout les usagers de la STM devrons obligatoirement afficher un sourire complaisant lors de l’utilisation des transports en commun (métro, trains de banlieu et autobus).

Les usagers ne respectant pas cette consigne seront à partir de maintenant priés de quitter l’outil de transport qu’ils utilisent au moment ou il sont découvert. Une autre option s’offre aussi à vous si vous êtes pris en flagrant délis de ne pas afficher votre plus beau sourire: partager aux autres usagers une blague ou une grimace jusqu’à ce que tout les usagers se trouvant autour de vous démontrent du plaisir et rient (de vous).

Cette nouvelle norme entrera en vigueur dàs aujourd’hui, soit le 11 décembre 2003, et a pour but d’améliorer la qualité des transports en commun sur la communautée urbaine de montréal.
