    we should never have to apologize for the truth. i actually applaud you for admitting it, for being so honest and caring and beautiful.

    it’s no easy task.

    i know how it feels to hurt so bad and lose faith, despite what some may think. i was there a year ago, wanting to give up, thinking it would never get better.

    let yourself feel how you feel. but do try to find the good things, too.

    know that there are people out there who know how you feel–and care.
