3 steps to a sustainable lifestyle
3 steps to a sustainable lifestyle is the result of my researches of the last weeks.
I have been brought to this topic while reading ‘The Seed Handbook’, and spent some time focusing on the chapter about sustainability.
“Sustainability is meant to represent values-led enterprise, where environmental responsibility is taken as far as realistically possible within your own specific business structure; human and social rights are taken into complete consideration and there is a desire to nurture and mentor others.” (The Seed Handbook)
This definition got me thinking a lot about my values as a human being, a woman, and a entrepreneur. Sustainability is a term which is often applied to business, but I do believe that as an individual, entrepreneur or not, we can all in our own way create a sustainable lifestyle in our day to day life.
I have made this document with care and passion, with the hope that it could be of a help, so feel free to print it out, share it and use it as you want!

Happy happy creativity day!
pfff.. i was so busy trying to do nothing, i almost forgot the only thing i had to do!
Today is Creativity and Innovation Day: “April 21st, Creativity and Innovation Day, is a time to celebrate our human capacity for initiating meaningful, responsible, knowledgeable and impactful change.”
As i do strongly believe that each human being can make a positive difference in our world, i launched CreativeDay last year at that time. A year later, around 200 people have filled out the interview, and many more are coming everyday to read them and gather inspiration from them.

A bit of everything
I have spent the last 4 days just trying to do nothing, and successfully did. Tonight i was asking myself how the hell i would get myself starting to work again and get back to my projects after these 4 days of feeling so good living without my agenda and any to do list.
I guess i needed motivation… and i got some. Genevieve told me about Sabrina’s new website, which i spent half an hour visiting, and from there my head started to spin of ideas and my creative juice started flowing.
How to deal with all these projects which i started lately and which are soooo hard to finish… Each projects first start by an idea, and seem to be fairly easy and quick to do, but then it too often take me ages and turn out to be a long term project. Then i start to loose interest and motivation in the project, but still want to finish it so i can have a feeling of completion. At the same time, i just feel like to start something new instead of working hard trying just to “finish” a project just because i need it to be over.
So yeah, i made a todo list for the next days, so i might come up this week with a comic i am working on since weeks, stay tuned to see if i will make it…
The web yet to come?
“…We are still in emergent stages and so much needs to be explored, tackled, questioned and implemented. It is a time of great opportunities and discoveries since I think the web is the greatest gift awarded humanity. Never before was it possible to exchange knowledge the world around. Never before was it possible to seed and foster change the world around. Never before was it possible to feel the communal bond that is our humanity, the world around. I am an idealist. I anticipated in my youth the need for such a great possibility. I am glad to be part of the history in becoming. ”
so do i…
